Does your PC have a NIC (Network Interface card) also known as an Ethernet card?

Can you see one of our base stations from your property? You must have a clear line of site to the base station.

Can we run an Ethernet cable to your computer from the subscriber module?

We may need to drill a few small holes so we can run the cable from the subscriber module mounted outside to your computer.

Does your PC have a fully functional operating system and do you have the CD in case it is needed during installation?

Do you have a personal firewall and anti-virus software installed on your machine?
