SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
BLAZING INTERNET 5MBS
If you are using Windows ME, 2000, 98, NT or 95, follow these steps:
1) Firstly, you need to make sure that your Ethernet card is installed and plugged in to your Subscriber module using CAT 5 Ethernet cable.
2) In Windows, from the Start menu, open the Control Panel and do the following:
3) The component Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) must be present be checked in the check box. If it is not present, click Install, select Protocol, click Add, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click OK.
4) Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
5) Under the IP Address tab click Obtain IP address automatically. The dialog should appear as below.
6) Click the Gateway tab and Remove any IP addresses that may appear. The dialog should appear as below.
7) Click the DNS Configuration tab and click Disable DNS . The dialog should now look like the one below.
8) Click OK.
You will now be asked to restart your machine. Once you have rebooted the changes should have taken effect.
